The Tamar Beach Party In Crown Hill Plymouth 27/06/2009

Well it was great being back at The Tamar in Crown Hill Plymouth after a short break from the venue and this function I knew was going to be a great night as it was a Summer Beach Party along with a BBQ and some wicked Cocktails.

With me on this booking was Freddie, Scott, and Andy and I was so pleased to have Andy with us who is part of our Plymouth Crew as he was my driver for the evening hence I was able to have a drink and taste some of the Cocktails of course. We arrived at the venue about 7pm, Freddie and Scott carried in the equipment and set up for me whilst I was chatting to various people around the Pub who I had not seen for a while.

We started the party off about 8pm and from record 1 we had people dancing. As I said the theme was a Summer Beach Party so obviously I was playing all them summertime party tracks that people like to dance to throughout the night. The evening was also a fancy Dress, well beach weare to be exact and everyone looked great. During the evening there was one of the Bar Maids going round with various Cocktail Jellies etc and they were selling lots of these all night long. We had a great crowd and it was a real busy night and everyone was having so much fun and dancing it was a great feeling to me behind the decks as again R.J.Rhythm Entertainments made this a night for people to remember. Well we eventually finished at Midnight and it took us about half an hour to pack away and get everything into the van. We eventually got home at 1.30am and were completely shattered again after yet another successful evening with myself and the R.J.Rhythm Entertainments crew.
