Karaoke Evening at The Swan In Wadebridge 02/05/2010

This booking came in rather late and as I was already working at The Bodmin Jail where you can read about this by clicking here I decided to send our Little John to do this gig along with Carla and Annette. This was another first for R.J.Rhythm as we have never worked this venue before and I knew John was very much looking forward to this one as he loves doing my Karaoke Shows for me.

Well he set off for wadebridge after helping set my show up at Bodmin Jail and got to the venue about 7.45pm. He could not set up straight away as there were still people eating so he waited for everyone to finish and then set up the Karaoke Show.

The show started around 9pm and for the first half an hour it was a bit quiet so he sang a few songs and played some music in between. From around 9.30pm John was hit with loads of Karaoke requests which he managed to get through during the evening. We do have some video footage on this evening but it may be a little dark as John does not quite know yet how you use our main camera. To view this footage please click here.

He eventually finished around 11.45 pm and the venue was quite packed so he quickly packed away with the girls help and then made his way back to me at Bodmin Jail where I was doing a Wedding Celebration gig. When he got there me and Mikey had already packed away so he just helped Mikey load up the van for me then drove us all home

We are now taking a number of double bookings which is great as I now have my own staff to send on these bookings instead of passing my work to another D. J. So if you do see a date in our Gig Guide which says we are working please still ring as we can now cover 2 shows on one evening.
