Karaoke Fund Raiser at Stoke Climsland School 04/02/2012

This event was our 3rd time for R.J.Rhythm to be working at Stoke Climsland School as we had never worked in Stoke Climsland before we met up with the Ladies PTA back in 2009 when we were last at this event, and I was looking forward to this one as like last time it was a to raise money. But this time we were raising money for the other school on the village and I would like to say what a brilliant night we had they have an excellent PTA at the school and it was very well supported.

We set off from our offices at 5.30pm there was Darren from St.Austell with me on this evening. We arrived at the venue about 6.45pm as even though it was only 30 miles away from our offices our sat nav was set for the shortest route and not the quickest so it sent us on un named roads and little Cornish lanes that we just got our van down hence it took us so long to get to the venue. Anyway unloading was a dream as the main hall where we set up was right next to the car park. It took us about 45 minutes to set as we decided to put one of our largest Karaoke shows in for this evening just like we done last time we were at this venue and we were set up for out starting time on 7.30pm.

As I said we were set up for 7.30pm and I knew from the interest of the people reading our Karaoke books as they were coming in that we were going to have yet another brilliant night. The guests started arriving from 7.30 and as you can see from the pictures they all had a great time. The pictures I have put up I have had to carefully pick out as they forgot to tick the bottom of our conformation form if they minded us to take pictures for our web site you see so I have chosen the pictures for this event ones that you could not really recognise anybody but you can still see what sort of fun we had on this occasion. From about 9pm we were hit with the Karaoke requests and we decided to do about 5 at a time and then 15 minutes dancing in between the next 5 and so on just like the last time we were working at this venue .

We finished around Midnight as last time we were there and we packed away within 45 minuets as we had a long journey home main roads this time lol and we were all quite tired as from beginning to end it was all go on this night and as per usual everyone had a great night. I am looking forward to the next one and hopefully it wont be so long this time as myself and my staff really enjoyed this evening and we are really looking forward to another night with the supporters of Stoke Climsland School.
